The shoe came from Badgley Mischka and was sold as a defective item. The only thing we can tell is that there is a defect in the heels that have dents in them. It is hard to photograph, but please look at all the pictures. Some are better than others at seeing the dents. They are not seen at regular viewing, but if you look at them at an angle, you can see them. I flexed the sole to test its comfort, but unfortunately, I ended up putting creases in the insole. No one has ever worn these.
