The chaise longue was designed by American designer Richard Schultz, commissioned by Florence Knoll. She wanted outdoor furniture that could withstand the damp, corrosive ocean winds. The furniture was introduced in March 1966 and named after that year. The collection is considered the first modern outdoor furniture collection. The black chaise longues feature an adjustable backrest and casters for easy repositioning. They are suitable for both indoor and outdoor use and are in good to very good condition. The price is for one chaise longue, including the original cushion.
