Ingredients: Cinnamon bark, Apple pieces, Rooibos, Ginger pieces, Raspberry leaves, Lady\'s Mantle, Chamomile, Fennel, Cardamom, Cloves, Orange peel, St.John\'s Wort, Black Pepper and Juniper Berries. 

BREWING TIME: 1.5 tsp -1 cup. @210-212° F/98-100° C, for 4-5 min for 1st steep. Follow with a 2nd steep. Good for 2-3 cups. 

b) Wellness Tea Yoga. 

Ingredients: Organic Cinnamon, Hawthorn leaves and flowers, ginger pieces, cloves, Black pepper, cardamom, rose-petals, safflowers. 

BREWING TIME: 1 tsp -1 cup, 210-212° F /98 - 100° C, 4-5 min+ 2nd steep. 

c) Wellness Tea Men.  

Ingredients: Apple pieces, Cinnamon, Rooibos tea, Ginger, Mistletoe, Bean pods, Lemon Grass, Sea Holly, Cardamom, Lemon Peel, Cloves, black pepper and Ginseng.

BREWING TIME: 1 tsp -1 cup, 210-212° F /98-100° C 4-5 min.

d) Wellness Tea for Detox. 

Ingredients: Licorice, cinnamon, Burdock root, ginger, dandelion root, fennel, aniseed, Juniper Berries, Coriander, cardamom, black pepper, parsley, sage, cloves and kurkuma.

BREWING TIME: 1 tsp -1 cup, 210-212° F /98-100° C 4-5 min.
