INGREDIENTS100% First Spring Harvest Green Tea

HOW TO PREPAREScoop 2 to 2.5 grams of matcha into a small bowl. Add 40mL of 80°C water. Whisk with Chasen (bamboo whisk) in a Z motion until frothy. Add steamed milk of choice: we prefer soy or oat to enhance the health benefits of the matcha. Sweeten to taste.
