🍵 Brewing Guide (Oolong Tea)
| Step | Instruction |
|---|---|
| 1 | Flatten tea leaves at the bottom of your teapot |
| 2 | Use water at 95°C or above |
| 3 | Steep 1st brew for 50 seconds |
| 4 | Steep 2nd–3rd for 40 seconds |
| 5 | Add 5 seconds for each brew after the 3rd round |
Can be re-steeped more than 6 times.
