How often should I change the filter?
The service life of the CF filter is 6 months or 550 gallons; whichever comes first will depend on the local water quality. This long lifespan helps save considerably on filter replacement.
What will happen if I do not change my filter when the filter life indicator light turns red?
Over-used filters will degrade the filtration performance, causing contaminants to leak back into the water. This will adversely affect your health. To avoid this, we advise that you immediately replace the replacement filter cartridge for N1 countertop water dispenser if the filter life indicator light turns red.
Why is the filter life indicator light still red after changing the filter?
You have forgotten or failed to reset the filter life indicator light. Please reset it again: Press and hold the filter life reset button for 5 seconds until the system beeps. The filter life indicator light will then turn red and go out.
Is the CF filter material safe to use?
Yes. The replacement CF filter for this N1 countertop reverse osmosis water filter is made of BPA-free materials to protect you from the secondary contaminants in the filter cartridge.
Does the installation of this CF water filter require tools or installation kits?
