This is the best selling cotton Hard Tail ankle legging.  Made of strong cotton blend it is stretchy, soft, breathable and strong.  It is a fitted cut - hugging the hips and thighs and finishing at the ankle and featuring the newest best-selling Hard Tail Hi Rise waistband. The Hi Rise is a great development from the Flat Waist - adding an additional band to cover up to the waistline - it is beautifully tapered and provides comfort, control and the smoothest streamlined fit. The ankle length is perfect for the cooler months and for the nicest silhouette. The addition of printed stars down the outside of the leg makes them striking and sporty.
