HOT ! Pine & Glacier — 12oz

Juniper Fir, Pine Wood, Musk, Lemon Peel, Eucalyptus. 

When I first started Humankind someone had asked me for a pine scent. Although I did create it, it was too subtle, it wasn\'t strong enough. With pine there\'s this sticky resinous smell you get up close to the tree, and it was missing that aromatic compound. I remember as a child playing with pine trees, and the resin would stick your fingers to each other and just smell so.. resinous-y. Now I\'ve brought pine back, along with the smell of a Glacier. 

As a Canadian I\'ve visited Banff and Jasper a few times, both in the summer and winter time. The air - compared to the bustling, busy Toronto where I live - smells so much fresher. Snow acts as this giant filter that can trap dust, pollen, and other pollutants, and prevents organic decay in animals and in some plants, and thus when it snows, things smell \"cleaner\". 

The largest change I\'ve experienced is Banff in the summer and in the winter. In the summer, you smell the pine trees all around you, and in the winter, you smell the ozonic, mineral snow, and the lack of pollutants. I recreated this smell in this candle.
