:: Center medallion with interior starburst minor medallion atop an open abrashed main field. Corner spandrel overlays in a quarter map of the main medallion, reciprocating the contour of same. Inner and outer minor borders in a meandering vine boteh design motif. Main border in a double vine turtle samovar and partial Herati design motif. Unusual green shades uncommon to type and age. Colors and shades include: Cherry red, brick red, ivory, beige, pale yellow, jade green, pale emerald green, sapphire blue, pale coffee brown and more. Condition notes: Areas of pile, knot heads and foundation. Most of the original side cord selvages are intact or restored. Fully secured sides and ends. Carpet has two patches professionally seamed in main field. Heavy restorations and localized touch ups mainly found in the red areas. Localized wear.
