Professional construction from the \"An Original Marie Design\" label. The dress is done in a light to medium weight black rayon crepe, designed with a shirtwaist bodice will all original matching covered buttons intact. The skirt features a stunning, true red grosgrain ribbon window pane detailing with gold tone metal stud work along the ribbon. Such a dynamic presentation! The dress also fastens with snaps at the side waist. I note thin belt loops also at the waist however the original belt is not present.Condition is listed as very good plus. Some general notes of age and wear, no damage or staining. The gold tone metal studs are all intact and have a very gentle patina but still retain a good shine. I will note that there is no hem allowance to the skirt and someone may have added bias tape to the interior hem at one time. This notation does not present, however it is noted for full disclosure.
