1. Renaissance Spritz

Ingredients:

• 2oz Hendrick’s Gin


• Fever Tree elderflower tonic water


• One cucumber


• A sprig of mint

Instructions:

Using a vegetable peeler, shave two long, thin ribbons from cucumber; set aside. Pour the gin into the ice-filled tumbler and top with elderflower tonic water. Gently stir and then garnish with the two cucumber ribbons and a sprig of mint.

1. Mediterranean Escape

Ingredients:

• 2oz Aviation Gin


• Fever Tree Mediterranean tonic water


• Tsp herbed sea salt


• A sprig of rosemary

Instructions:

Begin by rimming the ice-filled tumbler with the herbed sea salt. Pour in the gin and top with the Mediterranean tonic water. Gently stir and then garnish with the rosemary sprig.
