This unique necklace is made of water buffalo horn from the Philippines, where artisans carve the horns after the rest of the buffalo has been used for meat and leather. They then paint the lines and let them sit in the sun. The result is a vibrant necklace that is lightweight and gets a bit darker as your skin oils come in contact with it. Here the horn is combined with different shades of Mexican Fire Opal and a hand-formed sterling silver toggle clasp with fire opals, plus moonstones on each side of the toggle bar. A smart necklace that is perfect with a white t-shirt for a cookout on the beach or for a chic cocktail party. Anywhere you go it will be a conversation starter!
