• A sample bottle of concrete sealer is shipped with this item. Buyer must seal product upon receipt and should purchase additional specified sealer to be applied regularly. FAILURE TO PROPERLY SEAL PRODUCT VOIDS WARRANTY.


• Our Perpetual Collection lightweight concrete furniture is handmade. These products may exhibit color and veining variations by batch and by individual item. If you are ordering multiple pieces, please notify us in writing when you place your order and we will do our best to assemble color finishes that are as consistent as possible.


• While our Perpetual Collection items are weather-resistant and suitable for indoor and outdoor use, it is the buyer’s responsibility to follow all care instructions which are included with the product. Failure to follow care instructions voids warranty.


• If using this item as a bench that do not exceed load (3 persons).


• Bench must be placed on solid, flat surface and be 100% level to avoid cracks

About Its Lightweight Concrete

• Handmade with Variation: Our concrete tables are handmade using a custom-engineered concrete mix. The casting and hand finishing processes contribute to the creation of subtle variations in shading, color, and texture. Each piece is a unique work of art, as no two items will be exactly alike.


• Natural Aging Process: Over time and with exposure to the elements, our concrete tabletops may exhibit some fading, mottling, and non-structural hairline cracks. It\'s important to note that these changes do not compromise the structural integrity of the tabletop.


• Sealed for Protection: To guard against food stains, scratches, and water absorption, our concrete tabletops must be regularly sealed by the end customer. However, due to the porous nature of the material, staining may still occur. We recommend promptly wiping up spills to avoid any lasting discoloration (especially of acidic liquids and or oils).


• Inherent Surface Apertures: Small surface apertures are a result of our meticulous hand-finishing process and are inherent to the product. These apertures highlight the concrete\'s intrinsic richness and natural finish, adding to its overall character.


• Sun Exposure and Fading: With exposure to sunlight, the concrete tabletops may experience a gradual fading in color (similar in nature to other outdoor materials such as Teak wood). This natural aging process adds to the charm of the piece, showcasing the evolving beauty of the material. If you ever wish to restore the depth of concrete color, just apply by hand a natural wax (make sure to select a no color wax for use on stone) such as can be found on Amazon.com. Special Considerations

Cast Stone Pebble Garden Seat is a fiber-reinforced material. Although not considered a defect, non-structural hairline cracks are possible as a result of shrinkage and the natural curing process. By ordering products from this collection, you accept the natural characteristics unique to each item and agree that no claims will be approved regarding these natural variations. Although suitable for outdoor use this item should not be left outside in extreme weather such as freezing temperatures, snow and ice.
