The YMC Deadbeat is many things: a wide leg trouser, a garment-dyed statement piece, and a very good reason to reconsider all your other pants. Cut from a modal-cotton stretch twill with just enough elastane to move with you, the fabric has a beautiful softness and drape that the garment dyeing process deepens into a rich, warm brown. The arc-shaped silhouette, centre front pleats, split-leg panel and deep hem give them a curved quality that sets them apart from essentially everything else, while the Corozo button waistband and YKK zip fly keep things traditional  where it counts.
