Inspired by the windswept might of Bamburgh Castle, these trousers blend timeless British tailoring with the natural durability of heritage cloth. The Bamburgh is the latest evolution of our celebrated Wingfield and Melbourne trousers — both known for their period-accurate silhouette, outstanding quality, and wearability.

Crafted in England from a richly textured dark navy herringbone wool woven by Abraham Moon & Sons, these trousers are tailored to our trusted 1930s pattern: featuring a high rise, elegant double forward pleats, a split “V” rear waistband for ease, and a wide-leg profile that drapes cleanly from hip to hem. The 2\" turn-up at the cuff adds structure, while a generous seat and thigh allow for comfortable movement.

The construction is as authentic as the cut: a traditional button fly, internal organic cotton pocket bags, and natural Corozo buttons made by Courtney & Co in the Cotswolds. These are trousers designed not just to look the part — but to last.
