HOT ! [A.B.] 1952 TROUSERS (Japanese Herringbone)

Introducing the 1952 TROUSER by the ATELIER BROTHERS.

Inspired by the Australian military bottoms worn during the 1950\'s Korean War — and reimagined through our own lens for the contemporary wearer.

The 1952 TROUSER is not designed to be an exact replica, nor a faithful recreation of these pants. Our goal was to capture the aesthetic and class of old-school pleated trousers, and recreate them with premium, imported materials and a modern silhouette, suitable for frequent wear.

• Crafted from an imported, ultra-premium Japanese cotton & wool blend herringbone fabric.


• Finished with true palm nut buttons (waist closure and back pockets only) from Italy. Each button features a unique & natural grain, exclusive to your pair.


• Double top-stitch knife pleats.


• Gunmetal waist adjuster buckles.


• Damask-weave waist tag, featuring the hand-drawn ATELIER BROTHERS stamp of authenticity.


• YKK zipper fly.


• Chocolate brown pocket and waistband lining.

Size Guide

These trousers feature a roomy cut in the waist, hip, and leg. They feature a upper mid-high rise cut, meaning they are best worn at or just below the navel, depending on your height and physique. We have added a 3cm hem on the leg opening that can be let out by your tailor if you\'re on the taller side.

You can utilise the waist adjuster buckles to tighen or loosen the waistband as you wish, depending on how high you\'d like to wear them (you do not need to wear a belt with these).We recommend taking your regular size for a relaxed/baggier fit, or going down a size for a more tailored, traditional fit.

Geordan is 184 cm tall and wears a size 34. For a more tailored fit, he wears a 32.
