The Gateway Selvedge is a 14.3oz Japanese selvedge denim that blends tradition with comfort, featuring 2% stretch for a more accessible raw denim experience. Woven with shorter staple cotton in the warp, this fabric has a gritty, textured surface that embodies the rugged character of classic raw denim. But with 2% elastane in the weft, it offers flexibility and eliminates the typical break-in period, making it the perfect entry point for those new to raw denim. You get the look and feel of rigid denim, with the added comfort of stretch that lasts all day. Key details include contrast stitching, a custom Raging Bull leather patch, pink selvedge ID, exposed selvedge coin pocket, and silver metallic buttons and rivets.
