Warranty

Stander, Inc. Limited Lifetime Warranty

Coverage

Stander, Inc. (“Stander”) warrants to the original purchaser that this product will be free from material defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product. This limited lifetime warranty applies only when the product is used according to its specifications. It is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

If you believe your product has a defect:

1. 
   

   Notify Stander in writing during the warranty period with a description of the issue.

   
   


2. 
   

   Ship the product, along with proof of purchase, to Stander at your expense.

   
   

If Stander determines, at its sole discretion, that the product has a material defect in materials or workmanship, Stander will either send replacement parts or, if necessary, replace the product and ship it to the original purchaser.

Exclusions

This limited lifetime warranty does not apply to any product:

  That has been damaged in any way.

  
  


• 
  

  That has been altered, modified, or used with unauthorized attachments.

  
  


• 
  

  That was improperly installed or not used according to Stander’s instructions.

  
  


• 
  

  That was used for purposes other than those for which it was designed or intended.

  
  


• 
  

  Damaged due to abuse, misuse, mishandling, neglect, misapplication, accident, or abnormal use or storage.

The exclusive remedy for breach of this warranty is the return and replacement of the nonconforming product. Under no circumstances shall Stander, Inc. be liable for special, incidental, exemplary, punitive, consequential, or other damages, including those based on breach of warranty, breach of contract, or strict liability.
