Care & Maintenance
To maintain its natural color and preserve the integrity of the wood, solid teak furniture should be oiled at least twice a year. Use a high-quality teak oil or refined/boiled linseed oil formulated for outdoor use. After application, wipe away any excess oil with a dry cloth about an hour later. Hardwood oils will stain rope. If the rope becomes soiled, gently spot clean using a mild detergent and soft-bristle brush. Caution: Oil-soaked rags can be flammable—dispose of them with care. For added protection, cover or store furniture during harsh weather or winter months.
