Pleasefollow this linkto request a return authorization and shipping label. All rug returns must be shipped back in the original packaging or equivalent with a return authorization number. All refunds are issued after receipt of the package and inspection of the rug, typically within 30days of receiving the rug. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping fees apply.
