The field is composed of a vibrant lattice of stepped diamond motifs, each meticulously woven in alternating tones of ochre, rose, teal, chestnut, and navy, creating a rhythmic, mosaic-like visual impact.

Surrounding the central diamond grid are narrow borders filled with stylised rosettes and symbolic motifs, which are further framed by broad brown bands at the top and bottom, adorned with simple linear striping a design nod to the utilitarian roots of tribal weaving.
