The Hover Single Vertical Wall bed with Table Desk is so compact and functional that it is a dream study to bed space solution. It includes a Table Desk that is spacious enough to seat 2 people comfortably with plenty or room to work or share a meal. The table can also be optionally removed to convert it into a plain wall bed. It comes in a high gloss white finish and sits flush against the wall taking up a mere 13.8 inches which leaves plenty of room for the attached table. This student bed-desk combo is easy to use with its piston system and slatted wooden base for mattress breath-ability. Opening and closing this whole system is a relief for the student putting in long study hours and falling into bed was never made more easy. When used with an 8 or 9-inch mattress, the tidy up is even easier since you can leave your bedding on the mattress and simply close it into the wall casing. Wall Mounting Required

Homes have different wall structures and it is important to get the correct anchors for your wall. While most hardware is included in this we do require you purchase your own wall anchors for this reason. After you determine your wall type (Drywall, Brick, Concrete, Wood etc) we can advise you on anchors or you can talk to your local hardware store or have your installer advise.

Mattress size

You can test out a mattress that suits your comfort level and lifestyle. This will fit any North American Single Sized mattress under 9.5 inches in height. We strongly recommend a 8-9 inch mattress so you can leave your pillows duvet and other items on. It is compatible with the Expand 8″ gel mattress or the 9 inch magniflex.
