Zoom meetings are available for customer interested in seeing their tumbler made for a truly custom experience. Please put \"zoom\" in note section. Once you purchase a tumbler you will be contacted through email to schedule your date within 48 hours.Let us help you design your perfect tumbler!

Cups are made to order, no two cups will be identical. While I take great pride in my work and treat each cup as I would my own, due to techniques and them being handmade there could be minor imperfections.

CUSTOM ORDERS: CANCELATION OR CHANGES OF A CUSTOM ORDERS MUST BE WITHIN 48 HOURS. NO REFUNDS ON CUSTOM ORDERS AFTER 48 HOURS.

Orders take 3 to 4 weeks. If you need an item sooner please contact us before purchasing for availability. We try extremely hard to get your tumbler or item out to you as soon as possible but we have strict drying times, increase in sales and other variables that determine our completion times. We appreciate your patience.
