Usage The frying pan can be used from -20°C to 250°C, but should be heated slowly. Be careful: use oven gloves and a trivet, because the frying pan gets very hot. Use wooden or silicone cookware to prevent scratches. Many Mediterranean herbs such as sage, bay leaf and thyme are perfect to add to your casserole at the beginning of the cooking process. This gives them plenty of opportunity to spread their delicious aromas through your dish. A tip: sear a juicy pork tenderloin on the hob and then let it cook further in the oven.
