Designed by Chef Keller in collaboration with Hestan, this sauce pot is made with triple-bonded stainless steel for increased heat conductivity. A bespoke handle is designed with a unique heat vent to reduce heat transfer, fit comfortably in your hand, and attach seamlessly to the base to eliminate the tough-to-clean crevice. Wider rather than taller, the Thomas Keller Insignia Stainless Steel Sauce Pot features a larger cooking surface ideal for flavor building. Handcrafted in Italy, this sealed-rim sauce pot is dishwasher safe, oven and broil-safe up to 600°F, and induction capable. As with all Thomas Keller Insignia Cookware, this piece is packaged in recycled materials and has a lifetime warranty. Please note: the 4QT sauce pot features a helper handle.
