The Kiya company has been around since 1792. The company has established itself as one of the best makers of cutlery and kitchen tools in Japan. The Yukihira aluminum pots are extremely light weight and easy to use. Each pan is individually hammered to create a beautiful, unique surface texture. The hammered light weight aluminum produces high thermal conductivity which heats up faster than most pans in the market. There is a spout on the pan for easy pouring and the handle is hand made from wood.
