This hand-made carbon steel comal is a beautiful and functional piece of kitchenware that is waiting to make it\'s home on your stove top. Perfect for warming tortillas, making quesadillas, and general cooking that requires a large flay cooking surface. The bottom is pressed and hammer formed form 1/8\" carbon steel, and is available with either one or two hand forged handles. It is pre-seasoned and ready to go to work. With proper care and maintenance, this hand forged carbon steel comal can last a lifetime and become a cherished family heirloom.
Works on: induction, glass and coil electric, gas, open fire, in the oven, on the grill, in the smoker, and in the wood burning oven.
