It features a four-layer construction of stainless steel and aluminum, allowing even heat distribution for deliciously cooked rice. The interior is coated with a fluororesin layer to prevent sticking, making cleanup effortless. The pot’s heatproof glass lid includes a built-in whistle that signals when it\'s time to turn off the heat, ensuring consistent results. Simply turn off the heat when the whistle blows, let the rice rest to steam for 15 minutes, and enjoy. Beyond rice, this pot is also ideal for simmering soups and stews, offering versatility in your kitchen. Compatible with both induction and gas stoves.

You can cook up to 3 rice cups (540 ml/ US 2-1/4 cups) of rice (measured when dry). For easy use, there are measurement indication lines inside of the pot.
