Directions:Place 2/3 cup (4 oz) of popcorn kernels into the bottom of the bowl. Add 3 tablespoons of oil if desired. Secure the lid and place the bowl in the microwave. Cook on high for 3–5 minutes, depending on your microwave. When popping slows to 1–2 seconds between pops, remove from the microwave. Do not overcook, as popcorn may burn. Carefully remove the lid (bowl will be hot) and season to taste with Amish Country ballpark-style popcorn salt.
