This highly unusual Chinese antique table is from Shanxi province. Once in much deeper colours, with the central decorative supports in vibrant red, the finish has faded and worn to give a lovely patina. The front legs and frame are decorated with a scrolling pattern popular during China\'s Qing dynasty and that is reminiscent of western art deco design. A lovely, unusual table that would add interest to any space.
