The Arnold Circus Stool in Red is a modern design classic — playful, practical, and quietly architectural. Originally designed in 2006 by Martino Gamper as part of a regeneration project for Arnold Circus in Shoreditch, London, the stool has become an enduring symbol of contemporary public design.

This version is made under licence in New Zealand, crafted from 100% recyclable polyethylene plastic using rotational moulding. Our mould features a slightly more generous seat than the original UK version, offering added comfort while maintaining the sculptural integrity of the design. Subtle surface variations may occur — a natural result of the moulding process and part of the stool’s character.

Finished in a classic Red, this colourway brings energy and warmth to both indoor and outdoor spaces. Lightweight yet robust, the Arnold Circus Stool works beautifully as extra seating, a side table, or a functional accent — ideal for entertaining, shared spaces, or everyday living.

• The Arnold Circus Stool was designed in 2006 by Martino Gamper as part of a regeneration project of the Arnold Circus area in Shoreditch, London. These rotational moulded polyethylene plastic stools are used as the official seating for all annual events held at Arnold Circus which include picnics, brassband concerts and board game tournaments.
