Copenhagen based design duo Iskos-Berlin on the design: \"We wanted to create a harmonious and friendly piece with soft shapes that would suit a café setting as much as a bar or kitchen counter. The stool’s seat contains a wood fiber composite, giving the chair its distinctive visual and tactile texture while keeping it recyclable\". When viewed from a distance the chair appears to be made from a smooth plastic, however upon closer inspection the character of the wood fibre construction becomes apparent.The Fiber range is available in many Kvadrat brand fabrics including: Remix, Steelcut, Steelcut Trio, Canvas, Divina and Hallingdal.
