A solid 14k gold and black onyx antique brooch pin from the late 1800s has been repurposed as a necklace to be more wearable today. At the center is a grey seed pearl with textured 14k gold decoration that resembles wings spread out to fly. There is a small chip in the upper right small onyx stone at the top. This Victorian mourning piece is otherwise in excellent shape, and utterly beautiful.
Brooch conversion pendant measures approximately 1 5/8” x 1 1/4”.
New 14k gold-filled chain. Chain length adjustable at 16\", 17\" and 18\".
