Care-To season the wok scrub first with soap and water then dry thoroughly with paper towel. Place wok on high heat and heat entire wok evenly. Rinse in water dry and then apply high heating oil such as avacado Oil, Canola Oil, Vegetable Oil, Peanut Oil. Use paper towel to wipe off and you are ready to cook.
