HOT ! Vintage Unmarked No 11 New England Style French Roll Cast Iron Gem Pan

Nice vintage New England Style French Roll pan, maker unknown, marked only No. 11. It measures 11.5\" long x 6.75\" wide, 12.5\" long including handles. There are 2 rows of 6 slots, each measuring 3\" x 1.75\". There is a hole to hang the pan on either handle. The handles are curved and resemble the Griswold No. 11 NES pan, but the casting, especially in the center, is not up to the typical Griswold standard. Pan appears to have had gate marks on the underside which have been ground off. 

Vintage estate find, please see photos for more information on condition. No cracks, chips or rust pitting. Some roughness to the casting as shown, the center slots are quite rough and there are a couple of projections into the cooking area, although this should still cook up beautiful dinner rolls. Professionally restored via electrolysis and seasoned with multiple coats of grapeseed oil. Ready for use or display.
