WARNING

Allow the pan to cool down before washing. Not dishwasher safe. Use a non-abrasive cleaner with a mild detergent and pat it dry after every wash. Use lukewarm water to clean the pan. Avoid high-temperature washing.

Do not use the Ooni Detroit-style pizza pan at temperatures above 700 °F/370 °C. Do not expose the pan to direct flame. This will cause discoloration and/or warping.
