Skye is fully lined, made from 100% cotton. The romper features shoulder ruffles with gracious gathering and a sweet ruffle high neckline. The bodice bib is gathered using the treasured Indian technique of Bahikata. Each elastic arm opening features a white ruffle hem. Mother-of-pearl buttons on the romper\'s back and crotch snaps allow for easy dressing.
