All you need to do is add a note to your order or email hello@fatpompoms.co.uk with more information on the animal you want me to craft for you! You may also add whether you would like the animal to have a hanging loop or no hanging loop

Shipping & Returns

Most items are handmade to order so please allow 1-2 weeks for dispatch. If you need an item sooner please email via ‘Contact Us’ and we will do our best to accommodate.

All our items are handmade and dispatched from our Margate studio in Kent.

All items to the U.K are sent by standard delivery

All International orders are sent tracked

We offer a lifetime guarantee for all items so if you have any problems please just get in touch and we can fix it.

If you need to return an item please contact us via our ‘Contact Us’ page. Items must be in the same condition as received. We cannot accept returns on custom or sale items.

Care

Please handle all jewellery with care and store separately in an air tight container if possible when not being worn.

Please do not wear your jewellery while swimming or washing.

Do not squash earrings

Keep out of reach of babies, children and pets

Keep trays gleaming by giving them an occasional polish using a microfibre cloth.

About us

Fat Pom Poms is a one woman brand focusing on Accessories, Homeware & DIY Kits. Jess, the woman behind the brand, has been making since 2014 when she started in her hometown of Deal, Kent. She decided to take the plunge after quitting her Psychology Degree and while working alongside her main job working in a kitchen. Jess started off making pom poms - all kinds of pom poms from earrings to necklaces to sculptures, the list goes on, and over the years has slowly expanded her use of materials to include epoxy resin, tinsel & glitter.
