The holes on the back side are two different sizes meant to hold a varity of bottles
(large hole is 1 1/2 inches there are 16) (small hole is 1 3/8 inches there are 8)

It is easy to assemble- just insert a spacing piece and slide the bottom stand on. Tight-fitting joints hold all the pieces together- no glue needed!!
