PRE-TREATMENT INSTRUCTIONS• Avoid blood-thinning medications or supplements if possible (Aspirin, NSAIDs, Gingko Biloba, Garlic, Vitamin E, etc.) 3–7 days before your appointment, but check with your primary physician first.• Avoid alcohol 24–48 hours prior to treatment to reduce bruising.• Inform your provider of any history of cold sores or other skin conditions in the area to be treated. An antiviral may be prescribed if needed.• Do not receive any other facial injectables, fillers, or energy-based treatments 2 weeks before your Sculptra session.• Make sure the treatment area is clean and free of makeup on the day of your appointment.

POST-TREATMENT INSTRUCTIONS• Massage is key: Gently massage the treated area 5 minutes, 5 times per day for 5 days (or as instructed by your provider) to evenly distribute Sculptra.• Avoid excessive heat and pressure: No facial massages, facials, or vigorous exercise for 24–48 hours post-treatment.• Minimize bruising: Avoid alcohol for 24–48 hours after your appointment.• Expect gradual results: Swelling or mild redness may occur for a few days. Final results typically appear over 4–6 weeks as collagen builds, and multiple sessions are often recommended for optimal outcomes.• Protect your skin: Avoid direct sun exposure and use a broad-spectrum SPF 30+ daily.• Follow-up visits: Return as recommended by your provider to complete your treatment series and achieve the best results.
