Background:

The term Gua Sha Fa is Chinese for “scraping method”. Gua Cha is a Traditional Chinese Medicine technique.

The first contact with Gua Shua therapy usually leaves the skin with red rubbing marks. After a few sessions the discoloration will not happen, which means that that lymph flow has improved and the detoxification process is ongoing.
