This original Cassina LC4 chaise lounge chair designed by Le Corbusier was produced in May of 2006 and features a black leather pad and headrest on a tubular steel frame with polished chrome finish over a black lacquered steel base. Impressed mark \'LC4 79325\' to chrome frame and \'Cassina\' mark to steel base. Made in Italy. The LC4 chaise lounge is a Bauhaus classic and is included in the permanent collection of the Museum of Modern Art in New York. Each piece is signed, numbered and manufactured by Cassina under exclusive worldwide license from the Le Corbusier Foundation.The iconic and ageless LC4 chaise lounge chair was created by Le Corbusier, Charlotte Perriand and Pierre Jeanneret in 1928 and exhibited at the Paris Salon d’Automne in 1929.
