The PuriCare 500 consumes no more than 1.0 Amps and can be placed horizontally on a bench or suspended from the ceiling. Additionally, the PuriCare 500 can generate an airflow of 500 CFM at its peak, which can absorb almost all harmful air particles. This highly concentrated airflow is an essential air-cleaning device for wood carving, sanding, turning, scroll sawing, and dust mixing.

The PuriCare 500 air filter system was developed for woodworking shops and do-it-yourself houses with an area of up to 500 sq. ft. The unit is equipped with a powerful 1/8 HP motor that can operate at one of three speeds depending on the situation (i.e. 350, 450 and 500 CFM). You can easily switch between them. In addition, the system can efficiently pick up particulate dust, sawdust, and sawdust from pets, including over 1 micron. The lightweight design weighs only 25.5 pounds, and can be combined with the clever buckle structure and eyebolts on both sides. Proper Use and Maintenance

Safety Instructions

The power cord of the machine must be plugged into a grounded socket. The power supply of the machine must not be higher than the specified power supply. Do not use the machine after there is water inside the machine. The machine should not be installed outdoors or in places that may be eroded by Rain Water to avoid electricity leakage and fire. Do not run the machine without a filter installed Refrain from moving the unit during operationDo not place a shield within the 600mm around the air inlet and outlet of the product.The machine has to be disconnected from power before it can operate internally. If hooks are installed on the ceiling, the load-bearing capacity of the ceiling must be greater than 110 lbs. If the dust collector is to be installed on the ceiling, the distance between the bottom of the dust collector and the ground must be greater than 7in. Installation requires two people.  

Maintenance and Cleaning

Under poor air quality, there will be a lot of dust in front of the control panel, which needs to be cleaned up.

• Disconnect the power supply before cleaning.


• Open the cover next to the button on the machine control panel.


• Use a brush to dust the lid. Then put the lid on and plug it in.
