This stunning handcrafted enamelled sterling silver pendant features an intricate dahlia design with orange and red vitreous enamel glass.

It is a beautiful statement piece inspired by the dahlias often found dotted around Highgrove Gardens in terracotta pots, and serves as a reminder of the profusion of colour they create in the gardens.

Each pendant is handcrafted using the traditional technique of vitreous enamelling, in which thin layers of glass are fused at high temperatures onto the surface of the metal to create a one-of-a-kind piece. The Dahlia design is based on the flower\'s geometric \'Fibonacci\' sequence. The design is engraved beneath the enamel using the basse-taille technique to achieve different colour depths.
