| Also called “milk oolong” and often imitated using artificial flavorings and milk powders, this original award-winning oolong tea makes a return! As we have mentioned before, our Golden Lily crop was lost due to climate change, and we were resigned to never being able to produce this tea again. | |
| Thanks to the efforts of Jaesy back in Taiwan with her family, they were able to produce yet another shipment of this wonderful tea. This tea gives off a faint aroma of cream, milk, and honey, and opens up fully in its third and fourth steeps. The taste of milk and honey comes naturally to this tea due to the ground frosting in the summer, which makes it a rarity even before the roasting process begins. We highly recommend cold-brewing this for the summer, and sharing the full seven steeps with a friend in the winter. | |
