This gift set includes both Sencha (Steamed Green Tea) and Gyokuro (Shaded Green Tea), produced by Kyoto Tea Master Kiyosen. We recommend using water at a temperature of around 60 to 70 degrees Celsius (140 to 158 degrees Fahrenheit), slightly cooled. This will enhance the sweetness of the tea. If using tap water, please boil it thoroughly in advance to remove any chlorine odor. Additionally, pay attention to the temperature of the water, using methods like pouring and cooling, to achieve optimal results.
