Ingredients

Green tea (Camellia sinensis), Oolong tea (Camellia sinensis), Black tea (Camellia sinensis), Strawberry pieces (Fragaria x Ananassa), Red currants (Ribes sylvestris), Raspberry (Rubus idaeus), Natural berry flavour.

Directions for Use

Place 1 teaspoon of loose leaf in a cup or teapot. Add boiling water and allow to steep for 3-5 minutes for desired strength. Serve hot or chilled with honey or lemon to taste. Serve without milk. Drink 2-3 cups daily.
