You’re going to love this amazing herbal tea also called,  “Mormon Tea”, which is is known by Native Americans as “Popotillo”. The native American peoples have brewed this amazing herb for centuries.  “Ephedra Nevadensis”, is one of the most highly prized varieties as it contains NO ephedra yet has many beneficial constituents. It’s green, reed-like structures produce a mildly flavored tea that tastes similar to Chamomile.  Many use it as a daily drink simply for enjoyment, either hot or iced. It is surprisingly mellow with an amber-reddish hue.

Brigham Tea is sustainably harvested in the high desert mountains above 5000′ elevation. Only a portion of each plant is harvested. The larger woody stems are cut away and the tea is sifted, packaged, and sent fresh to your doorstep. Each box should be opened immediately and the tea reeds placed in a large, open container to air-dry for 2-4 weeks, or until “snappy” dry. But please note, you can begin brewing it immediately!
