Organic Hibiscus is blended with Cascara sourced from a family farm in Costa Rica.  Our TeaGlee Blend brews easily in a portable travel French Press (15oz) by Bodum.  We paired a beautifully hand-crafted wooden serving spoon to add just the right amount of cascara to your travel press. 

Our teas are energizing, hydrating, and Upcycled Certified.  Cascara, also known as coffee cherry tea, is uplifting with just the right amount of caffeine (~20mg / serving). It is also full of natural antioxidants and polyphenols such as chlorogenic acid, which has shown to reduce inflammation. Hibiscus flowers are delicious and also beneficial for your health.  They may help lower blood pressure, boost liver health, and promote weight loss.

Brewing Instructions:

The magic brewing ratio for our loose cascara blend is:

1 tablespoon : 6 ounces of water

For a perfect brewed cup of our ground cascara blend, the ratio is:

2 teaspoons : 6 ounces of water

The loose cascara blend tea can be steeped like any other loose leaf tea. We like to use an infuser, strainer, or even a French Press and let the tea steep for 4-5 minutes for best results! If you can be forgetful (like me) don’t fret!
