DIRECTIONS FOR USE:

1 tea per day in the morning or evening for 28 days.

Morning: combine the flat stomach tea with the booster in a casserole dish, add at least 1/2L of water or 1L of water (divide the booster sachet into 7 parts), i.e. one part of booster can be reused 2 times to make 14 days. Let it boil over low heat for about 10 to 20 minutes, let it cool, then add lemon before drinking preferably a glass of Agen in the morning and the rest for the day. Evening: end your day by drinking the Slimming tea 1 hour before bedtime.

Drink at least 1 liter of water per day. Reduce the amount of salt, alcohol, foods rich in fat and sugar. .Eat lightly in the evening because the body burns fewer calories during the night.
